“A few years ago I started putting up paper snowflakes in my window in the winter, and I noticed people smiling or commenting on it. When it came to take them down for the summer, I wanted something to replace them, so I put butterflies up instead (hence my instagram name - the butterfly house creates, after I heard a child say 'oh it's the butterfly house' as they passed). I'm a teacher, but now working from home during the pandemic so I wanted to join in with the things people were doing to bring smiles as others walked past and show appreciation to our key workers. So I added the teddy bear and the paper cut thank you. I intend on adding more as this strange time continues.”
